Rates:
$165-$245 per night/single or double occupancy. Price does not include state/local tax(es) and fees. A $25.00 charge applies for each additional person over double occupancy.
During peak season (May - October), special event weekends and holidays, a two night minimum is in effect. Please call regardless, as bookings sometimes leave a one night available. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover (not American Express).
Groups:
If you are planning a special event and would like to book 2-5 rooms, a 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Groups have a two night minimum, unless the reservation falls on a weekday (Sun-Thurs, non-holiday). In the event of a cancellation, we require a 14 day notice for each room being canceled. A refund will be issued, less a $25 cancellation fee for each room being canceled. If notice is received less than 14 days, the deposit will be held until the rooms can be rebooked for that time period. If a room is rebooked, that deposit will be refunded, less the $25 cancellation fee. 48 hours or less, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance of your reservation will be charged to your account. This applies to all no shows,

If your reservation is not over a holiday or special event weekend, we will refund your deposit 10 days or more before reservation date - less a cancellation fee of $25 per room. Ten days or less before the reservation, deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook your room for the entire length of your reservation. If we are able to rebook your room for the entire length of your reservation, we will refund your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. 48 hours or less, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance of your reservation will be charged to your account. This applies to all no shows, early departures, and cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival.

In deference to our other guests, we cannot accommodate children under 12 or pets of any size.
We are a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast. Smoking is permitted outside on The Courtyard where ashtrays are provided.
If you have any food restrictions, please notify us when making your reservation.
Each guest is furnished with a direction sheet to help them find their way to many popular sites and restaurants.
Maps and brochures are available onsite.
Provisions can be made through the Innkeepers for flowers and specialty baskets for important occasions. Please make arrangements as much in advance as possible. Let us know if this is a special occasion. See Specials.

All rooms have individual air conditioning in the summer and auxiliary heaters in the winter.
No candles or open flames permitted in guest rooms or on the property.
